At Kabas Concept Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.

1. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only — we do not offer cash refunds.

Eligibility

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange
The product must be unused and in its original packaging
You must contact us within 7 days through any of our channels (see Section 4)
Not eligible for exchange

Products that have been used or damaged by the customer
Food products that have been opened (unless quality defect)
Sale items and gift cards
Products returned after 7 days of delivery

2. By Product Category

Food (pepper, tea, chocolate) — Sealed / unopened only OR quality defect
Jewelry & accessories — Unworn, original packaging intact
Home decor — Unused, original packaging intact
Clothing — Unworn, tags attached, original packaging
All categories — Accepted if product is defective or wrong item sent

3. Exchange Process — Step by Step

Step 1 — Contact us within 7 days

Reach out through any of our platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, email) and provide:

Your order number
Photo of the product and the issue
Your preferred exchange item


Step 2 — We review your request

Our team will review your request within 24 to 48 hours and confirm if your exchange is approved.

Step 3 — Return the product

Once approved, send the product back to our store:

Step 4 — We send your exchange

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will send your exchange item within 2 business days.

4. If the Exchange Item is Out of Stock

If the product you requested for exchange is out of stock, we will offer you:

A store credit voucher valid for 6 months on our website
The option to wait for restock (we will notify you by email/WhatsApp)

5. Return Shipping Costs

Defective product → Kabas Concept Store pays
Wrong item sent by us → Kabas Concept Store pays
Customer changed their mind → Customer pays

Exchanges are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product
Kabas Concept Store reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the product does not meet the eligibility conditions
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Store credit vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash
