Known as the finest pepper in the world by chefs and foodies, Kampot Pepper PG| develops a unique flavor, thanks to its terroir and long tradition of artisanal farming in the region of Kampot in southern Cambodia. Fully ripen red pepper corns are soaked in fresh water for a night. The softened outer coat is then removed, keeping only the hard seed inside. The white peppercorns are sun-dried for 2 to 3 days.
